How many admin users does a Dutch PR tool really need in 2026?

Admin rights in a PR tool control who can add or remove journalists, change sending lists, and modify billing details. Two is a reasonable minimum for a small team: one primary admin and one backup.

What does each admin login cost per year in Dutch PR software?

What are the risks of giving too many people admin rights in a PR tool?
