For a team of two people who need a journalist database and a sending system, the cheapest published price per user per year is that database at EUR 1,325 per user (EUR 2,650 divided by two logins). Prezly Essential costs EUR 1,200 per year for one user, which is cheaper per user if you only need one login, but for two users you would need two subscriptions of EUR 1,200 each, totalling EUR 2,400.

What should you check about termination and auto-renewal before signing a Dutch PR contract?

Three things matter. First, the notice period: most Dutch contracts require 30 to 90 days written notice before the anniversary date. Second, the method of cancellation: some vendors accept email, others require registered post or a cancellation button in the account portal.

Which edge cases exist for notice periods in PR software contracts in the Netherlands?

Two edge cases recur. First, a vendor that states no notice period on the website might rely on Dutch default law, which says a contract for an indefinite period needs reasonable notice. The catch is that annual contracts are often classified as fixed-term, not indefinite, and they end automatically unless the contract says otherwise.

Second, some vendors require cancellation by registered post only, which means an email on the last day of the notice period is not valid.
