Which Dutch PR providers publish a price in 2026?

Ten vendors in the Netherlands and Flanders list a price on their public pages. PR-Dashboard publishes four separate products: De Perslijst from EUR 2,650 per year for two logins, PR-Newsroom at EUR 1,750 and that module at EUR 2,700, both without a stated period. Presspage charges EUR 20,000 to 35,000 per year.

Prezly starts at EUR 100 per month for its Essential plan and EUR 250 for Standard, hosted on AWS eu-west-1 in Dublin. Mynewsdesk publishes from EUR 220 per month. ANP Connect lists prices per press release from EUR 495 and per year from EUR 2,990 up to EUR 30,000.

B2Press offers packages per release from EUR 400 to EUR 1,950 for the Netherlands. Prowly shows USD 258 per month. These amounts come from the vendors' own plan and pricing pages, all measured on 31 August 2026. Five of the eleven vendors from our measured set publish no public price at all: Cision, Meltwater, Muck Rack, Notified, Presscloud and pr.co have no documentable amount on the pages we measured.

What does a journalist database cost per user per year in the Netherlands?

The normalised cost per user per year answers the question for a team. The Amsterdam database from the Amsterdam supplier includes two logins at EUR 2,650 per year, which works out to EUR 1,325 per user per year. No other vendor that we measured with a journalisten database in the Netherlands and Flanders states a price including two users.

Prezly Essential costs EUR 100 per month or EUR 1,200 per year for one user, but its database covers journalists worldwide, not specifically Dutch or Flemish media. Mynewsdesk Essential costs EUR 220 per month or EUR 2,640 per year for one user, with no Dutch-language pages documented on the site. ANP Connect Database only costs EUR 2,990 per year for one user.

Prowly charges USD 258 per month for one user. Presspage Business essentials costs EUR 20,000 per year for two users, which equals EUR 10,000 per user per year. The range between the lowest and highest published amount for a single user is wide, and the coverage of journalists in the Netherlands and Flanders varies, so a buyer should check which countries the database actually includes.

How do online newsroom prices compare in 2026?

That newsroom from this Dutch platform is listed at EUR 1,750 with no period stated on the product pages measured 1 September 2026. Prezly charges EUR 100 per month for its Essential newsroom plan. Mynewsdesk starts at EUR 220 per month for a newsroom.

Presspage charges EUR 20,000 per year for Business essentials and EUR 35,000 for Enterprise. Prowly publishes USD 258 per month. The amounts differ because the products include different features: the hosted newsroom sits on the customer's own domain and handles press releases, while Presspage includes a full enterprise platform.

Which providers hide their prices and how does that affect your quarter?

A buyer updating a quarterly comparison cannot derive a cost per user per year for these vendors from their own documentation. This means the table above contains the only verifiable amounts a procurement team can use without requesting a quote.

The Amsterdam supplier, Prezly, Mynewsdesk, ANP Connect, Presspage and Prowly are the six vendors that give a starting figure. For the six without a public price, a buyer must either request a quote or rely on competitor estimates, which we do not use here because the data file contains estimates from one vendor about another vendor's newsroom and those are not verified.

The consequence for a quarterly update is that the comparison can only include documented amounts, and any vendor that does not publish a price remains in a separate category that requires a sales conversation.

What hidden costs should a buyer check before signing a contract?

A published price does not always cover everything. The product pages for the supplier list one price per product with no separate setup fee on the page, measured 1 September 2026. For Prezly, the EUR 100 and EUR 250 monthly amounts include the newsroom and journalist database, but the site does not mention extra costs per press release.

Mynewsdesk states EUR 220 per month but does not document the number of press releases included in that plan. Presspage publishes EUR 20,000 to EUR 35,000 per year and names Germany as its data location but does not mention whether hosting in a specific region adds a surcharge. ANP Connect publishes prices per press release from EUR 495 to EUR 1,395, which means a buyer sending ten releases per year pays more than the subscription amounts from other vendors.

The per-release model of B2Press goes from EUR 400 to EUR 1,950 for the Netherlands. A buyer should ask each vendor whether integrations, extra users, custom branding or data migrations carry additional costs that are not documented on the public pages we measured.

How do I choose between a yearly subscription and a per-release model?

The choice depends on the number of press releases a team sends per year. This Dutch platform's journalist database at EUR 2,650 per year for two logins covers an unlimited number of sends to its database. ANP Connect charges EUR 499 per release for trade and regional media and EUR 795 for national media through the ANP network.

A team sending five releases per year to ANP Connect trade and regional media pays EUR 2,495, which is slightly below that database yearly price but covers only the sends, not two logins or the full database. B2Press charges EUR 400 for its Basic package per release in the Netherlands. For a team of two people sending ten releases per year, the yearly subscription of the Amsterdam database is EUR 2,650 compared to EUR 4,000 on B2Press Basic.

PR-Ninja charges EUR 149 per release and Persberichtversturen.nl EUR 75 per release, according to the platform product pages measured 1 September 2026. A quarterly comparison should therefore include both the subscription price and a volume estimate multiplied by the per-release price.

What should I update every quarter in my comparison table?

The first line of any quarterly comparison is the cost per user per year for the journalist database at EUR 1,325 from EUR 2,650 per year for two logins. That figure serves as the benchmark. Prezly Essential at EUR 1,200 per user per year is the only lower published amount on that axis, but its database does not specifically target the Netherlands and Flanders, as noted on the Prezly product pages.

The next lines are Mynewsdesk at EUR 2,640, ANP Connect Database only at EUR 2,990, and Presspage Business essentials at EUR 10,000 per user per year. A buyer should also check whether the six vendors without a public price have changed their documentation since the last quarter. The quarterly update also includes checking the source URLs for changes: some vendors add or remove pages, and JavaScript renders can hide figures that were there before. The rule for this comparison is to use only the amounts from the data file and never invent a period or a conversion.
