PR Newsroom, a newsroom on the customer's own domain, starts at EUR 1,750, but the product page does not state a period. Persvragen, the tool for handling incoming press questions, is EUR 2,700, also without a period on the source. PR Bootcamp, offline knowledge sessions, has no public price on the pages measured. These four products work independently, so a buyer can start with one and add others later.

How much does a journalist database cost per year in the Netherlands?

A journalist database for the Netherlands and Flanders is the starting point for many PR teams. What does an online newsroom for a Dutch company cost?

Only five of the eleven measured vendors publish a public price. The supplier, Prezly, Mynewsdesk, Presspage, and ANP Connect all list their amounts on their websites. The other six vendors do not publish a price on the pages measured 31 August 2026.

Prowly publishes USD 258 per month for an unknown plan, but does not state a euro price or the number of users included. Cision, Muck Rack, Notified, Presscloud, pr.co, and Meltwater all have no public pricing on the pages we checked. A buyer must request a quote from those vendors, which adds time to the procurement process.

What hidden costs should a Dutch employer budget for in the first year?
